Mark Goris
Mark Goris graduated from St. Lawrence University in 1985. Before attending law school, he worked as a liability claims adjuster for Liberty Mutual Insurance in Los Angeles and Syracuse. While in law school, he worked with Gary Gable Professional Adjusters, in Buffalo, New York.
He received his Juris Doctorate in 1993, graduating in the top 15% of his class at SUNY Buffalo. After graduation, he worked for two years as an insurance defense attorney with O’Connor, Gacioch and Pope, in Binghamton, New York.
He also worked in medical malpractice defense for one year with the Martin, Ganotis firm in DeWitt, New York, before opening his own practice. Mark has successfully handled hundreds of litigation matters, including automobile and other personal injury, wrongful death, SUM claims, defamation, insurance coverage, contract disputes, construction injuries, real estate, subrogation, fire loss, property damage, estate and commercial disputes.
He has tried dozens of cases to verdict in Supreme Court, throughout Upstate New York.
